Software Resources is proud to share that we have been ranked No. 3 on the Orlando Business Journal’s 2026 Women-Owned Businesses list, featured in the May 7, 2026 issue.
This recognition is a meaningful reflection of the leadership, vision, and dedication that have guided Software Resources since our founding in 1992. Led by Founder and CEO Tamara L. Giaimo, Software Resources has grown from a local staffing firm into a nationally recognized provider of IT staffing, consulting, and workforce solutions.
Tammy founded Software Resources after earning her degree in communications from the University of Central Florida and building valuable experience in the IT staffing industry. Under her leadership, the company has spent more than 30 years helping businesses find the right talent while creating meaningful opportunities for consultants and technology professionals.
We are honored to be recognized alongside other women-owned businesses making an impact across Central Florida, including:
• Competitive Edge Partners & Consulting LLC.
• DACG Inc.
• The Balmoral Group LLC.
The Orlando Business Journal’s Women-Owned Businesses list highlights companies across the region that demonstrate leadership, growth, and business excellence. For Software Resources, this recognition is also a celebration of the values that have shaped our company from the beginning: integrity, service, relationships, and a deep commitment to doing right by both clients and candidates.
We are grateful to the Orlando Business Journal for recognizing the women-owned businesses helping drive Central Florida forward. Congratulations to all of the organizations included on this year’s list and to the 2026 Women Who Mean Business honorees recognized for their leadership across industries.
