Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Web Applications Programmer, on-site with a major organization in Tallahassee, FL.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Five years of experience developing applications in C# .Net;
  • Three years of experience with Azure DevOps;
  • Two years of experience with collection, calculation, and analysis of data related to FEMA claims;
  • Two years of experience with analysis of People Financial for service costing;
  • Three years of experience with HTML;
  • Three years of experience with MVC;
  • Three years of experience with AngularJS, Javascript/JQuery;
  • Five years of experience with Visual Studio;
  • Three years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views;
  • Five years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirements;
  • Three years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption;
  • Two years of experience with web accessibility standards;
  • Three years of experience with Integrations using REST web services, including JSON and XML data transport;
  • Three years of experience with IIS environment for clients and servers;
  • Three years of experience with SSRS;
  • Five years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices;
  • Two years of experience with Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines, and configuration;
  • Five years of experience developing web-based applications;
  • Experience with FLAIR data and reports; and
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
SERVICE TASKS:
  • Assist with Scrum development projects; including Planning Sessions, Stand-Up Sessions, Review Sessions, Backlog Grooming Sessions, Pointing Sessions, and Retrospective Sessions, as directed by the Department.
  • Modify, create, and test application code and database code for identified stories on a three-week cycle, with a zero-defect rate, as directed by the Department.
  • Document application modifications and additions daily as coding tasks are assigned by the Department, and store in a document repository.
