***This is coordinator level role.***
This would be a great opportunity for someone who is interested in IP security and protection or maybe someone who has experience in training and/or technical customer service. IP protection background would be ideal, but will train.
We need someone who is articulate, can stand in front of people or virtually deliver training and most important of all, be able and willing to help answer questions. This person will work with a lot of the company vendors help to help coordinate/assign trainings and manage any potential issues with completing the training. We will also need their assistance to create new training materials and videos as processes or policies change. Could possibly be long term/ and conversion possible
• Maintain/Drive/Iterate process for annually required training on Sensitive Information Protection for internal and vendor employees
• Develop DPEP SIP training materials and videos
• Maintain DPEP SIP's team general inbox including: processing incoming training requests, answering questions on training process, routing emails to other team members as appropriate
• Maintain training completion records and report training metrics as needed
• Partner with internal administrators and developers to maintain and troubleshoot training system
• Partner with internal and external training requestors to add new trainees to the system and supplying them with regular updates on those who have not completed the training
• Expand training request pipeline to additional sites and onboarding new project teams and training requestors to training process
• Onboard vendors into training system
• Provide manual training (in-person or via teleconference), when necessary
• Oversee ongoing process improvements/adjustments needed to make training process more efficient and effective
• Support DPEP SIP Guardians program including: training sessions, newsletter development and website updates

Skills for Tools :
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote)
o Outlook – ability to send professional and concise emails answering all client questions, ability to set-up templates and rules and automate common email responses, ability to organize and appropriately flag/categorize emails and maintain a 24-hour response time to all incoming emails, ability to quickly look up older emails for reference, ability to BCC emails o PowerPoint/Keynote – Ability to create/edit/present PowerPoint/Keynote presentations
o Excel – Ability to handle large files with thousands of training records and multiple sheets, to appropriately sort and filter to obtain many different views of data depending on various use cases, to use and create Vlook-up formulas and other formulas to create added efficiency as needed, to use conditional formatting rules, ability to create pivot tables and create corresponding breakdowns of metrics and supporting charts/graphs • Zoom – Understanding functionality or ability to quickly learn videoconferencing tool (e.g. how to share a presentation, mute and unmute lines, respond to individuals and groups in the chat feature, view incoming participants, etc.) • Box – Familiarity with cloud-based data repository (Box/DropBox) to maintain and update files with multiple people • Experience in a LMS (Learning Management System) • Experience developing/testing system-heavy processes
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
