Basic Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

1. Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative services for the
StudioLAB initiative:
a. Communications Support – Responsible for the StudioLAB Email account. Replying to incoming requests from all levels of the company in a timely manner and escalating critical issues/questions to leadership, as necessary.
b. Calendaring Support – Responsible for the booking and utilization of lab spaces and services. Includes interfacing with high-level executives and working with Leadership to resolve any competing priorities. Will communicate the daily schedule to the team and ensure appropriate staffing for all appointments.
c. Inventory – Maintain an accurate and centralized list of all hardware and peripherals in the Lab (chargers, adapter, spare parts, installation of storage, etc), active demos, accounts, etc. Also responsible for maintaining inventory of offsite storage and other team-maintained spaces.
d. Support and maintain the hardware and software within the Lab, ensuring the systems and demos remain operational and escalating to subject matter experts, as necessary. Keep the space in a” show-ready” state for any drop-in visitors, including cleanliness of space and stocking of supplies, refreshments, and branded items.
e. Support furniture and asset upgrade, procurement and physical installations including collaborating with on-lot trade teams
2. Responsible for helping give tours of the lab space and running hands-on demos.
3. Timely and efficient ordering of equipment/software related to all StudioLAB initiatives.
4. Manage and coordinate internal and external visits from key stakeholders such as Studio Executives and external Partners, with efficiency and tact, including visitor requests and conflict resolution.
5. Responsible for Digital Signage and media curation throughout the Lab spaces including updates to iPad-based tour interface and narrative.
6. Responsible for handling project assignments from StudioLAB executives based on business needs.
7. Help coordinate StudioLAB events including sending invites, monitoring RSVP's, communication with event guests, research, ordering and distributing branded items, updating distribution lists, collecting copy, and overseeing approvals for all event graphics, organize and distribute postmates codes, or other event specific details for attendees
8. Working with other leads in the team, help design, implement and maintain an effective and efficient organizational and communications structure in order to help successfully ensure continual executive and partner buy-in of subsequent delivery of products and services.
9. Help assess new technologies and consumer entertainment Experiences within the cinematic/theatrical/broadway wider field, industry best practice, changing use cases and future use cases in content creation.
10. Responsible for taking clear and concise notes

● Ability to work independently, support several projects simultaneously and
prioritize effectively while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and
seeking guidance as needed
● Ability to deliver tasks on time, and escalate issues to management quickly
for resolution as they arise.
● Strong partnering skills and ability to work within a collaborative team
● Strong written and verbal skills and an ability to communicate effectively
with both technical and non-technical audiences
● Responsive to business needs and highly motivated to improve the skills
and capabilities of his/her organization
● Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
● Ability to handle confidential information
