The Workforce Technology team is looking for a Workday Senior analyst to provide support to existing HR technology solutions. In this role, the Senior analsyt will function as an Enterprise wide HR systems expert and provide ongoing maintenance of our HR technology landscape.
As we transition to our new Workday system of record this role will also provide support in various stages of a workday project lifecycle, from testing through to deployment and support/enhancement.

The Senior Analyst will triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve day-to-day issues/queries originating from business stakeholders and end-users raised through our case management system – ensuring that they are addressed in a timely manner. Take ownership of issues and diagnose and resolve either individually or with support of team. Provide subject matter expertise on the: administration, functionality, maintenance and operational effectiveness of Workday system.
Conduct discovery sessions with partners to determine pain points and diagnose how Workday can provide value.
Configure the system, document work and walk through business processes with customer. Build and test Workday system; confirm with all necessary stake holders that all requirements are met.

Basic Qualifications:
• Project manage multiple high priority assignments
• Conduct end-to-end testing of system enhancements and support its implementation to make sure that the delivered enhancement has met all requirements, works on highly complex tasks where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Technical configuration
• Collaborate with functional and technical partners to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes
• Support issue resolution process, includes monitoring ticket queue, researching/analyzing, resolving and responding to users in a timely manner
• Provide guidance and functional support to business partners
• Conduct troubleshooting to validate system issues and bug resolutions
• Assist with system documentation in appropriate repositories, including managing version control
• Partner closely with stakeholders for alignment and coordination
• A balance of the competing priorities of each of the Business Segments
• Oversee and audit UAT process, ensuring accurate resolution of defects, a timely completion of Testing, and proper handling of data
• Sets and delivers on commitments. Exercises considerable latitude determining objectives of assignment.
• Consistently exercises discretionary work/judgment in matters of significance.
• Work is performed without appreciable direction and work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective, for desired results

Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years project management experience
• 5+ years working in a complex, multi-business unit Fortune 500 company
• 5+ years Core HR Workday modules, HCM, Compensation, Time, Absence, Reporting and Security
• Collaborative, work as part of a team in a constructive way.
• Configure HCM business processes and security for complex business scenarios
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships.
• Ability to translate complex business interactions into technical configuration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to think and plan in a broad, systematic way
• Demonstrated experience supporting one or more HR applications including Workday
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
