Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Sr. Project/Program Manager – Digital Strategy – ​ with a major corporation in Orlando, FL. 3-4 days per week on-site.
  • The Senior/Lead Technology Project Manager (TPM) will oversee multiple large-scale technology programs, projects, and workstreams. These initiatives will be instrumental in supporting our enterprise product strategy, engineering, and execution programs/projects. They will significantly impact our Workforce Technology (HCM – Human Capital Mgt) platforms and services in a large-scale matrix organization with over 200K employees.
  • The seasoned Senior/Lead TPM will be managing multiple technology projects simultaneously in the Workforce Technology application delivery portfolio, which drives the Digital Strategy transformation and enhancements to HCM platforms and processes and go-forward Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovation, to offer new capabilities to support all employees across all Disney segments.
  • The Senior/Lead TPM will partner with/collaborate with technical delivery leaders, executives, project managers, and business teams to manage end-to-end projects/programs. 
  • To be effective in the role, the Senior TPM should have proven experience leading large-scale enhancements, integrations, and implementation projects, driving the initiative from planning and requirements gathering through execution and implementation – time, cost, scope, and quality.
  • A Senior/Lead TPM with Digital Strategy transformation experience is very strongly preferred.
  • Senior/Lead TPM must be a very strong technology project manager with proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, loves to drive strategy, solutions and execution, and has strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and influence delivery teams and leaders to meet business outcomes.
  • Senior/Lead TPM will mentor and coach junior PMs on the team and champion best practices.
  • Senior/Lead TPM must be able to facilitate technical conversations to elicit issues/risks migration throughout the initiative.
  • Return to Office: Hybrid (Must be available to work on-site at least 3 to 4 days per week)
North Star:  A rock star senior/lead level technology project manager that has managed very large technology projects end to end. If they have digital strategy implementation experience even better.
Minimum 15+ years of technology project management experience managing complex cross-segment technology program and projects and integrations, transformational programs, and projects in a large-scale matrix organization; responsible for planning schedule, budget, and scope; oversight of multiple project managers, vendors, and teams
8+ years should be a senior, lead or principal level technology project manager role within a highly visible TPM role, with heavy C-suite engagement in a large matrix organization
Proven experience leading large Digital Strategy transformation technology programs and projects

Knowledge or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a Workforce/HCM enviroment Nice to Have
Tech Domain: Proven experience as a Project, Program or Application Delivery Manager leading enhancements, migrations, or integrations with Workforce Technology or Human Capital Management (HCM) delivery teams and platforms.  TPM should have the ability to understand one or more of these application development tools and techniques. Nice to Have – not required
8+ years experience working with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and continuous integrations and delivery; with solid experience using agile delivery tools    Required
Vendor Management: Proven experience leading technology projects with multiple vendor partners/system integrators etc. Required
Financial Management: Expert experience managing a technology project financials greater than $5M USD (budget, forecast, labor forecasting, reconciliation, cause of change, accruals, contracts etc.) Required
Communications: Proven experience with C-suite/executive level and up presentations Required
