WORK LOCATION: Hybrid Position, Burbank, CA – NOT 100% Remote

Must Haves Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of IT audit, or IT security and/or compliance experience
• Prior experience working within a global Media or entertainment organization, supporting enterprise level Accounting and finance departments.

Licenses / Training (e.g. professional certifications)

Preferred Skills & Experience:
• External audit (e.g., Big Four) and /or internal audit (e.g., Fortune 500)
• 1+ years of program and project management experience
• 1-3 years of experience in third party risk management or IT vendor management experience.

Licenses / Training (e.g. professional certifications)
• CISSP, ISC2 CSSP, GSEC, other relevant cybersecurity or auditing certification (PREFERRED OR IDEAL)

The primary purpose of this position is to help support the build out of the IT General Control (ITGC) Testing Program. This role will be responsible for evaluated and documenting key SOX ITGCs through workpapers, walkthroughs and/or observations. Additionally, this position will help to develop new foundational documents and updating existing templates to ensure efficiencies and uniformity exists in testing, evidencing, gap identification and reporting. Lastly, this position will support the Director in executing project activities, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting Additional responsibilities may include activities related to other compliance programs and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
• Work with GIS Compliance, Controllership, GIS Domains and segments to identify and document controls as well as identify security gaps
• Conduct interviews to clarify processes, understand all technology involved in service delivery
• Obtain and review relevant artifacts to support that support SOX systems.
• Identify and assess IT related risks and control weaknesses to define appropriate remedies and minimize security threats.
• Collates conclusions and recommendations. Presents assessment findings to management regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of control mechanisms in third party financial and accounting systems.
• Create/update templates to facilitate the execution of the program.
• Assist with the scoping and building out of the program.
• Provide status reports and updates.
• Stay abreast of compliance and assessment trends within the Company, Legislators, Suppliers and regulatory bodies.
• Seek to continuously improve efficiencies related to the program.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Describe in detail how tasks are assigned to the employee: For example, how does the employee know what to work on during a typical week? How often do managers assign tasks to the employee? Do managers assign the employee specific tasks to perform throughout the day? Is the employee responsible for larger project-based goals which the employee must prioritize and decide when and how to perform the tasks encompassed? Response:

This position will execute assessments with requests and prioritization provided by executive management. These priorities are driven in consultation with manager, Compliance staff and segment security teams. Established deadlines for reporting metrics/KPIs exist and this role is expected to prepare those reports according to the timeline with sufficient time for the management to review/approve.

2. What form of direction or guidance is given to the employee? Response:

Employee will be expected to execute on priorities as set by the Compliance management. This role will be expected to escalate in cases where priorities conflict and/or other stakeholders seek to expedite assessments. Weekly status meetings will be held to review progress and determine corrective action as necessary.

3. How is the work of each employee reviewed/approved? For example, is all of their work reviewed/approved or only certain types of work? Is the review/approval thorough or essentially a "rubber stamp” of the employee’s work? Are specific tasks reviewed/approved prior to the employee advancing to the next task in completing any given assignment? Response:

They will be trained on the process, methods and tools and internal points of contact and key stakeholders. As needed, priority discussions will take place. As needed, we will consult on program issues or concerns.

4. How frequently does the employee seek approval from a manager while performing his/her duties? Response:

This role will coordinate review and approval of key deliverables by the Compliance Team Manager. Approvals regarding the coordination and communication with stakeholders will be discussed as needed if material is to be sent to management levels, but expected to be infrequently.

5. Does the employee work independently without close supervision? Response:

The employee is expected to perform the majority of work in a self-directed manner. Guidance and approval will be sought for specific deliverables.
