Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Release Management Coordinator with a major corporation in Burbank, CA.

Aside form having basic project coordinator skills, they will need to know Service Now, Smart Sheets and Excel. This role is for software updates. A lot of work has already been done. They will just need to assist at managing the updates. Must be able to review the scope of work and draw conclusions from the data (tell a story). On occasion, they will need to reach out to the segments for updates etc.

Description :
The purpose of this request is to secure a Release Management Coordinator to support various Trend-Micro Product releases throughout FY22.
• Function Goal: All outdated Trend-Micro End-Point-Security software product components must be removed or upgraded to current approved and published versions; primarily via notifications and coordinated software upgrade change requests with the server owners/operators.

Release Management Criteria & Deliverables
The following release expectations are required to be met to enable success.
• Produce new Trend-Micro Product Release version/upgrade Notifications to Cloud and On-Premises Account owners/operators, with focus on EOL (end-of-life) or EOS (end-of-support) versions.
• Cloud and On-Premises server owner data research, when server owner/operator data is insufficient.
• Scheduling Change Requests for Upgrading Trend-Micro End-Point-Security software. Coordination with server owners or server operators/administrators.
• Pull and Organize Trend-Micro console reports to populate summary data into weekly dashboard and working with Optive to assure dashboard metrics are accurately selected.

Basic Qualifications:
•2 to 3 years experience
•Comfortable with professional conflict – help facilitate decisions with the team
•Comfortable communicating with peers and leaders
•Worker must be able to take direction, as well as able to work independently
•Experience with Service Now, Excel and Smart Sheets

Required Education:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
