Dress is Bus Casual – this person will be first impression of these offices – nice jeans and shirt/top is ok– no hoodies.

Description:
● Acts as point of contact for employee service calls, requests and issues. Directs employee service requests to the appropriate staff or contract service for resolution including engineering, maintenance, cleaning, mechanical and vendors. Is responsible for issuing and obtaining approvals for work order requests in addition to Manager approval.
● Is on-site support for Streaming Employees. Must diligently support and maintain good working relationships with employees. Supports employee move-ins and move outs and assists with the coordination of events.
● Point of contact for all visitors – notify team members of visitor's arrival, ensure visitors are greeted upon arrival and feel welcome
● Answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls.
● Assists with general administrative tasks as assigned such as preparing spreadsheets and reports, and logging and dispatching employee service calls
● Assists with new hire onboarding and badging
● Maintain company directory listing with assistant names, numbers, and other helpful contacts
● Manage seasonal/occasional gift distribution
● Manage conference room cleanliness, set-up and supply stock
● Manage print station cleanliness, set-up and supply stock
● Screen all incoming emails to the office management inbox and direct to the correct recipient
● Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers, as well as interoffice deliveries
● Responsible for ordering office supplies and keeping up to date inventories. Manages employee supply requests.

*The company requires on-site workers to be fully vaccinated absent a legally required exemption approved by the vendor. Exceptions to the vendor vaccine requirement apply in states that have laws concerning employer vaccine mandates. Vendor must ensure that any unvaccinated workers follow applicable safety protocols when they are on-site. Specifically, for any of their workers who are not verified as fully vaccinated, it is the vendor's responsibility to ensure that at all times when performing services on-site at a U.S. location or property, those individuals, at a minimum, will wear a disposable face mask certified by ASTM International with an ASTM Level 1 or higher rating (to be changed every day). If the individuals regularly work within three feet of others, the vendor must also implement a secondary mitigation measure such as a face shield or safety glasses. Please note that workers may only remove the face mask if the worker is alone in an office with the door shut, or the worker is six feet of distance from others and actively eating or drinking. Additional safety protocols may be required, as determined in the sole discretion of The Company or its affiliates. If requested, the vendor must inform its contact of any safety protocols the vendor has implemented for any of its workers while on-site at a location or property.

Basic Qualifications:
● A high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED). College or university credits or degree in applicable discipline preferred.
● 1 year experience in customer service
● Familiarity with basic office procedures and equipment including but not limited to faxing, scanning, printing, and copying
● Must be able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work requests
● Must be computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Google Drive and other office programs
● Must possess a high level of interpersonal and communications skills and be willing to be a team player
● Must have strong problem-solving skills, pay close attention to detail, and possess the ability to work well under pressure and deliver within required deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working at a Hotel, Restaurant or in a Call Center

Required Education:
High school diploma or Gen Equiv Diploma (GED)
