Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for REMOTE Project Managers, Business Process and Optimization.

6-12 month contract

Must Haves: Candidates must have 3+ years of Service Cloud experience with specific examples of Service Cloud accomplishments / expertise highlighted in the resume

The purpose of the role is project management of a major internal initiative, as part of the Salesforce Better Together program. The Centre of Excellence (COE) consists of a team of business and system process subject matter experts who ensure the effective rollout of cross-functional and cross-LOB initiatives to create globally consistent best-practice delivery across teams, and solution-based transformation activities.

  • RAID log updates
  • Project plan/timeline development and updates (specifically oversee the IT work, develop the rest of the plan for business tasks and lead that)
  • Status reporting (Working team meetings on Monday, Thursdays week)
  • Facilitate Consultative team meeting (set up a bi-weekly meeting and own the agenda/status) (this is the leadership group that signs off on stuff)
  • Facilitate extended Stakeholder project team meeting with all team members (all optional attendees) to give status
  • Project Share Point updates
  • UAT tester identification, Testing approach communication/meeting, testing issues logging/tracking
  • Weekly status bullets on key activities/accomplishments
  • Responsible for project management for assigned internal transformation activities at Digital
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the production of all Project deliverables and act as a central coordinator for all requests and activities to deliver successfully
  • Set up and manage project plans, with detailed timelines covering multiple workstreams
  • Direct and motivate the project team and guide the activities of the consultants and analysts on the project
  • Produce relevant project documentation and ensure consistency of communication to the team
  • Manage and communicate risks, putting in place appropriate contingency actions
  • Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiate corrective action where required
  • Be responsible for managing the project scope and stakeholder expectations
  • Agree and implement the quality strategy with the rest of the project team
  • Prepare and communicate lessons learned documentation, following project debrief
  • Prepare any follow-on actions required and communicate to others where relevant
  • Define, standardize and enable on best practices in implementation and delivery.
  • Partner with other LOBs across the company, as well as external project team members.
  • Optimize delivery processes and manage on-going continuous improvement programs
  • Design processes and playbooks to support new product launches plus changing capabilities and functionality
  • 3 – 5 years’ work experience in project management is required, preferably Salesforce implementation background
  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMI or similar) would be a plus
  • Strong documentation management standards and version control
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical and logical with attention to detail and high-quality standards
  • Able to manage own time proactively and effectively
  • Highly motivated, proactive individual with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional, credible and confident style
  • Strong organizational and research skills
  • Strong team player with an adaptable and flexible approach, able to work effectively in virtual teams
  • Fluent in any additional European languages would be a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
