The ideal candidate will have experience working within ID authentication projects/programs.

This person should have experience working on programs related to applications and web development, while working with multiple teams in multiple locations. This individual should have 2 years of dedicated SCRUM experience, as well as 2 years in a Project/Program Management role.


Description
Technology Operations is centered around three core functions Business Relationship Management, Global Program Management and Performance & Operations to support the technology organization. This position is part of the Global Program Management team which manages the execution of Technology programs, including scope, delivery schedules and budgets in addition to identifying dependencies, managing risks and quantifying business impact. This role collaborates directly with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Developers, Data Engineers and DevOps Engineers to plan, scope, and deliver work based on the Data Platforms strategic product roadmap. Within the Technology Operations – Global Program Management organization, the Project Manager is responsible for working with the Agile teams developing our data platform technology to deliver small through large-scale, complex projects from initiation through closure. This role requires a wide range of competencies: a strong foundation in Agile methodologies; effective person-to-person negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills that build mutual respect and support moral; attention to detail; and strong time management.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects using processes, tools and methodologies, which includes Agile artifacts and reporting, as well as insuring that data supporting time and financial reporting is collected; risks are communicated; and communications are clear, relevant and timely.

Responsibilities:
• Leverage Agile methodologies to lead Agile teams on a daily basis to the successful delivery of software development projects in accordance with the delivery framework and established best practices.
• Plan, coordinate and direct all activities associated with creating and maintaining project
plans, communication plans, risks/issues, etc. leveraging best practices defined by the
Performance & Operations team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on project objectives, provide clear communications to teams and stakeholders on of milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Ensure that the team is fully planned and productive.
• Remove impediments; track blockers and report slippages with workable mitigation plans.
• Manage daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and sprint demos.
• Analyze planned vs. actuals and show improvement in productivity and reduce carryovers between sprints.
• Facilitate backlog grooming and story deconstruction.
• Facilitate team retrospectives and apply lessons learned to support continuous
improvement.
• Escalate projects risks and constraints to senior management team in a timely manner.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Communicate over allocation / idle hours to concerned technical leads throughout the
project life cycle.
• Flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Solid facilitation and problem solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and
tactically to achieve project goals
• Ability to work with minimal direction

Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of digital project management, software application development or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• CSM / CSP Certification preferred with thorough understanding of Scrum Agile
Methodologies
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in the media industry is a plus

Required Education:
Bachelors or Equivalent Experience
