Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Marketing Strategy Coordinator. This role is Hybrid in the Burbank/Glendale, CA area.

​MUST HAVES: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in brand/strategic marketing role within a global media company, Experience with execution of small and large scale campaign development able to work independently, multi task-work on many projects at one time, detail oriented, proficient creating decks for presentations, able to present and hold their own in mtgs, good writing and communicating skills.

HIGHLY PREFER candidates that have knowledge of/or exp with a Streaming or subscription space (Amazon music, Spotify, etc.) They are willing to consider candidates that have experience over a college degree.

The Streaming Marketing Strategy Coordinator is responsible for supporting awareness marketing initiatives around the Streaming Brand and Titles, and the  Bundle. Reporting into the Director, Marketing Strategy, this role will support the Marketing Strategy team on campaign management and reporting.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy, this role will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and materials to aid the development and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement around Disney+ and our content.
• Coordinate marketing efforts across the team and cross functionally
• Build and maintain campaign trackers for the team
• Manage weekly and executive reporting, ensuring full funnel narrative is established for Brand and Bundle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across The Company in support of the Streaming brand, titles, and Bundle
• Capture meeting notes and next steps to guide cross-functional planning and work
• Track marketing trends to better inform campaigns and overall strategy
• Collaborate with Strategic Planning and Marketing Strategy teams and use Disney+ insights and research to identify campaign opportunities

*The company requires on-site workers to be fully vaccinated absent a legally required exemption approved by the vendor. Exceptions to the vendor vaccine requirement apply in states that have laws concerning employer vaccine mandates. Vendor must ensure that any unvaccinated workers follow applicable safety protocols when they are on-site. Specifically, for any of their workers who are not verified as fully vaccinated, it is the vendor's responsibility to ensure that at all times when performing services on-site at a U.S. location or property, those individuals, at a minimum, will wear a disposable face mask certified by ASTM International with an ASTM Level 1 or higher rating (to be changed every day). If the individuals regularly work within three feet of others, the vendor must also implement a secondary mitigation measure such as a face shield or safety glasses. Please note that workers may only remove the face mask if the worker is alone in an office with the door shut, or the worker is six feet of distance from others and actively eating or drinking. Additional safety protocols may be required, as determined in the sole discretion of The Company or its affiliates. If requested, the vendor must inform its contact of any safety protocols the vendor has implemented for any of its workers while on-site at a location or property.

Basic Qualifications:
• 2-3+ years experience in marketing and/or brand management of entertainment properties.
• Demonstrated ability to own a project, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Passionate about storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, and within a matrixed reporting environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers and partners across varying teams.
• Highly collaborative sensibility, with ability to be open minded to feedback and always seeking out the best idea, not just their own idea.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of properties and titles.
• Experience with streaming platform marketing – how a DTC product works, and how to build effective awareness marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and subscriber growth.
