Description:
The Marketing Strategy Coordinator is responsible for supporting awareness marketing initiatives around the Brand and Titles, and the Bundle. Reporting into the Director, Marketing Strategy, this role will support the Marketing team on project management, campaign planning and strategy.
• Coordinate marketing efforts across the team and cross functionally
• Build and maintain campaign trackers for the team
• Work with our insights partners to deliver campaign reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across The Company in support of the brand, titles, and Bundle
• Leverage insights to create recommendations for campaigns and creative
• Stay abreast of marketing trends to better inform campaigns and overall strategy

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to own a project, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Passionate about storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, and within a matrixed reporting environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers and partners across varying teams.
• Highly collaborative sensibility, with ability to be open minded to feedback and always seeking out the best idea, not just their own idea.
• 2-3+ years experience in marketing and/or brand management of entertainment properties.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of properties and titles.
• Experience with streaming platform marketing – how a product works, and how to build effective awareness marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and subscriber growth.

Bch Dgr-Bus, Mktg, Advrts, Comm, Cinema-TV or related
