Description :
You will be part of the team helping to realize its strategic mission of finding better ways to make our movies today and developing new ways to experience our stories tomorrow. As part of this, you will work seamlessly with key internal stakeholders and external StudioLAB Innovation Partners.

To be successful in this role, you must be a quick learner, curious, detail oriented and have a good understanding of the key and emerging technologies that will drive and advance the ideation, production, management and delivery of content and experiences.

You need to have solid communication abilities and work well in complex cross-functional teams. An ability to be highly flexible and to be able to work accurately and responsively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to meet the needs of our business is critical to success.

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
1. Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative services in support of the StudioLAB program, which is comprised of a physical lab as well as a set of related innovation work streams:
a. Support StudioLAB Business Development team, by identifying opportunities to maximize and streamline process workflows and helping to document as such.
b. Support Calendaring, including interfacing with high-level executives and working with Manager for any competing priorities, and communicate the daily schedule to the team to ensure all appointments are appropriately staffed
c. Support team organization and documentation, as we manage projects and priorities across Innovation Partners. Including but not limited to updating decks, internal communication tools (ie. Google Docs), and external documentation.
d. Comfortable interfacing and communicating with internal stakeholders and StudioLAB Innovation Partners from all levels of the company.
2. Manage and coordinate internal and external meetings with key stakeholders such as Studio Executives and Innovation Partners, with efficiency and tact.
3. Responsible for handling project assignments from StudioLAB executives based on business needs.
4. Be able to fully demonstrate the technical and creative capabilities of the 'LAB, including advanced production technology, mixed reality entertainment, and advanced collaboration tools, as well as coordinate the appropriate StudioLAB team members to specially tailor technical briefings for executive and guest needs
5. Help coordinate StudioLAB events including sending invites, monitoring RSVP's, communication with event guests, research, updating distribution lists, collecting copy, and overseeing approvals for all event graphics, organize and distribute postmates codes, or other event specific details for attendees
6. Working with other leads in the team, help design, implement and maintain an effective and efficient organizational and communications structure in order to help successfully ensure continual executive and partner buy-in of subsequent delivery of products and services
7. Help research new technologies and consumer entertainment Experiences within the cinematic/theatrical/broadway wider field, industry best practice, changing use cases and future use cases in content creation.
8. Responsible for taking clear and concise notes

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years work experience, M&E environment preferred
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and able to support several projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and seeking guidance as needed
• Ability to deliver tasks on time, and escalate issues to management quickly for resolution as they arise
• Strong partnering skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Responsive to business needs and highly motivated to improve the skills and capabilities of his/her organization
• Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Interest in Media & Entertainment and Technology
• Comfortable working with Mac, Keynote, Microsoft Suite, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Air Table, etc.

Required Education:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
