Nice to have : Knowledge of Titles, Streaming, Sports experience-knowledge, may have worked with or for sports network.

Disney Streaming encompasses the teams leading the streaming services within Media & Entertainment Distribution group. The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for assisting with digital marketing initiatives around The Bundle and related social accounts like The Streamer. Reporting into the Manager, Digital Marketing, this role will work with the Digital Marketing team on audience development, content creation and brand voice.
• Manage and help develop digital strategy for current The Bundle campaigns.
• Help develop copy and social content to complement brand campaigns, maintaining the brand voice across all platforms
• Leverage zeitgeist conversation, and encourage fan and talent engagement through content and community management
• Stay abreast of social media platform functionality and trends to better inform content creation and strategies
• Provide weekly reporting of content performance and campaigns across social platforms
• Maintain social calendars and programming of related social accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, the Central Digital Marketing team and partners for support of Disney+ content and campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field.
• 2-3+ years experience in brand management, and digital marketing of entertainment properties.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Passionate about social media and storytelling, particularly in short form AV or static mediums.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, and within a matrixed reporting environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers and partners across varying teams
• Highly collaborative sensibility, with ability to be open minded to feedback and always seeking out the best idea, not just their own idea.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of properties and titles.
• Extreme understanding of social media behavior, trends, and community management.
• Experience with streaming platform digital marketing – how a DTC product works, and how to make effective social media marketing materials to drive engagement and subscriber growth.
Working with other streaming partners; Agency or Studio, Social Media
