Description:
The Product Marketing & Enablement team drives addressable sales opportunities into the marketplace, focusing on audience, formats and platforms, inclusive of learning & development initiatives. Within that team, the Learning & Development team is responsible for developing & deploying relevant trainings and resources to help support the continued growth & development of all employees. The L&D team is looking for a Coordinator that has a passion for learning to assist with administrative and systems support, and the deployment of our learning and training initiatives. This position will have exposure to the entire enterprise, and will liaise with people across multiple teams. The functions this role performs will have a direct impact on the entire Organization.
” Training Coordination-work with multiple people across offices to set-up and deploy our remote training courses including but not limited to: sending out e-mail communications and invitations, Zoom set up, moderations/question monitoring, distribution of resources and collateral.
” Administrative Tasks-assist the Learning & Development team with assorted projects & activities included but not limited to: distribution list maintenance, intra-net site maintenance & content management
” Design & Create: Assist team in developing training curricula, manuals, online learning modules and course materials
” Adapt and update training content and materials over time to ensure their relevance and usefulness across our intranet sites
” Support key projects for Learning & Development
” Help to continually Innovate and improve the learning experience for our teams

Basic Qualifications:
” Typically, incumbent has 2 years related experience in advertising business specifically in operations and/or a client service support capacity
” Proven leadership & problem solving skills
” Proven commitment to learning & development
” Superior project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
” Superior communication skills (Written, Verbal)
” Proficient in PowerPoint and/or graphic design
” Proficient in Keynote
” Ability to work under tight deadlines for multiple stakeholders
” Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
” High attention to detail
” Ability to multi-task and interface with executives
” Passion for learning & personal growth & development

Required Education:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
