Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Contract Reporting Analyst- Residuals in Glendale, CA.

We are looking for candidates with experience in residual set-up

Remote to start until Covid restrictions are lifted, then on-site in Glendale.

Description:
Participate in the setup and payment of products to ensure timely and accurate reporting and payment of all domestic union/guild residuals
• Review and analyze various types of setup documents and data to determine and verify completeness and accuracy of residuals terms for setup in residuals system (RERUN)
• Identify missing information required and communicate directly to the Contract Analyst and/or Residuals Manager
• Once all setup data is accurate and complete, enter setup data into RERUN and submit for quality assurance review and verification
• Compile run and revenue payment trigger information from various sources and review for accuracy
• Prepare and execute residual payments in accordance with guild/union standards and internally established guidelines to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
• Achieve a proficient knowledge of guild/union provisions, industry standards and requirements governing residuals, as well as internal procedures, processes, residuals systems and programs. Remain current with any updates or changes relating to the above
• Maintain high degree of confidentiality of information by business units and all proprietary information such as internal residual processes, computer programs and databases
• Report any RERUN issues to Residuals Director and Technology as they arise
• Provide weekly status updates to Residuals Manager and SME

Basic Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of domestic union residuals contract provisions, regulations, deadlines, industry standards and requirements
• Ability to work as directed and openly ask questions if instructions are not clear
• Execute multiple responsibilities as prioritized by supervisor
• Maintain attention to detail when completing tasks
• Ability to work in a Team Environment
• Ability to accept change and variety in the workplace
– Excellent written and verbal skills
– Organized
– Work on multiple projects at once
– Entertainment experience is a plus
– Residual knowledge is a plus

Required Education:
BA/BS pref.
