Software Resources has an immediate contract job opportunity for a REMOTE Continuous Improvement Coordinator with a major organization in Orlando, FL. 

Job Purpose
The Continuous Improvement Coordinator reports into the Business Optimization team located within Enterprise Strategy. The Business Optimization team is responsible for enabling us to achieve the Enterprise Vision of "An innovative solutions leader and the partner of choice” for our customers.
The CI Coordinator is directly accountable for leveraging critical thinking, data analysis and strong collaboration skills to identify and execute cost reduction and efficiency efforts across the enterprise in support of that Vision.

Primary Functions:
• Deliver project results that reduce administrative cost by providing leadership and technical expertise including planning, managing and implementing improvement efforts;
• Lead multiple projects which may have many internal and external dependencies, are complex in scope, have multiple integration points, and are worked within multiple teams;
• Complete reporting, monitoring and evaluation activities on assigned projects and/or actions targeted to improve key metrics which drive value for customers;
• Serve as an internal consultant to leadership by identifying actions to sustainably reduce operating costs;
• Serve as an integral business partner suggesting and partnering to implement innovative solutions to solve business inefficiencies;
• Drive changes in organizational measurement systems to effectively monitor key strategic outcomes, shifting the organization to end-to-end process management from our current functional focus;
• Develop and maintain relationships throughout business units to enable business objectives and issue resolution and program consistency;
• Demonstrate integrity and trust while providing coaching, consulting, and guidance to leaders, managers, and associates across the assigned business area to deliver results and identify opportunities, even when its hard;
• Utilize change management skills to identify and mitigate opportunities that demonstrates commitment to employees physical, mental and emotional health;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/ Certification/ Years of Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Process Improvement, or other related field of study from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading cost reduction continuous improvement initiatives including coordination with team facilitators and champions (management) to ensure project recommendations are implemented.
• Minimum of 5 years experience leading continuous improvement projects.
• Continuous improvement experience with one of the industry standard models

Technical Requirements:
Proven ability including, but not limited to, the following:
o Ability to influence audiences to achieve the business objectives you are tasking with, without having authority over them;
o Successfully operate in areas without prior domain knowledge;
o Skill in analyzing and solving complex problems
o Analyzing patterns to identify potential waste in business operations;
o Delivering high impact communications and presentations that enable business leaders to see the stories the data is telling us;
o Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, stakeholders, and vendors; including developing talking points and presentations to and for senior leaders;
o Critical thinking skills to complete analysis and form recommendations;
o Data analytical skills including deconstructing data and information to determine cause and effect;
o Process improvement methodologies and supporting tools;
o Process flow maps, charts and other tools to identify root cause and monitor current metrics and process improvements;
o Change management methodologies and practices;
o Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork; and
o Ability to work in a team environment

Familiarity with all, but not limited to, the following:
o Software Applications (i.e. EnterpriseOne, Insight, SharePoint);
o Related industry, organizational and departmental policies, practices, and procedures; legal guidelines, ordinances, and laws;
• Strong critical/difficult communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Project planning skills that include developing plan timelines and milestones, track progress, monitor and communicate project status, and determine project costs, benefits, and controls.
• Build and implement a sustainable implementation and control plan;
• Use end-to-end mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement that positively impact up-stream and down-stream business partners;
• Ability to make arithmetic computations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals, and compute rates, ratios and percentages;
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and standard office equipment (telephone, computer, copier, scanner, etc.).
