Description :
The Content Operations Coordinator will be part of the overall Global Content Operations team in Glendale, CA, reporting to the Sr. Content Operations Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of initiatives related to domestic and international content, launching on the platform. This includes providing production specifications to key stakeholders, entering title-level information in various systems of record, and supporting other key title planning activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and data entry with exceptional written communication skills. They will be proactive in flagging inconsistencies or delays to internal and external teams, and be prepared to provide status updates and reporting on day-to-day title changes and updates.

In this role you will
● Provide technical specifications to Production and Marketing teams so they are aware of delivery requirements and plan deliveries accordingly
● Enter and update title-level information into our internal toolsets to enable downstream teams to leverage the data and schedule
● Become a subject-matter expert on the creation and updating of key title activities in the early lifecycle of title setup and registration
● Proactively work to register a high volume of upcoming and future titles for the service
● Create launch plans and communicate key milestone dates to our cross-functional partners
● Collaborate on time-sensitive projects driven by the Global Content Operations team, as dictated by the scale and complexity of supporting a global streaming service
● Support other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
● 2-3 years of experience managing titles in Media & Entertainment, preferably with a content streaming platform
● Strong project management experience and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment
● Comfortable using various data management systems and tools (e.g. Google and Microsoft suites, Smartsheet)
● Basic understanding of post-production workflows and UHD, HDR, and Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos technologies
● A collaborative spirit, especially as an expert at getting things done, all with a positive attitude
● Ability to pivot and support a wide range of critical projects as they arise
● Clear written and verbal communication
● Thorough understanding of data security best practices is a plus.
● Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
● BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
● A personal affinity for the brands and franchises of The Walt Disney Company

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Relevant experience
