Channel Marketing Leader for Channel Partners – Salesforce and Microsoft
The Digital Marketing role:
We are looking for a Partner Channel Marketing Leader to join the Digital team and manage the Salesforce & Microsoft partnership. We are looking with someone with experience in SFDC Appexchange and Microsoft Marketplace to manage, develop, and grow our marketing presence and output. This strategic role will lead in the development and implementation of global marketing programs working directly with Senior Leadership and have cross-functional exposure throughout Korn Ferry. This role will drive revenue from alliance partners (Salesforce and Microsoft). The Partner Channel Marketing Leader will work closely with our Alliance teams, Corporate Marketing, Product Management, and external SFDC Appexchange and Microsoft commercial marketplace stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that produce sales leads and activate the wider Alliance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:
  • Work closely with our Alliance leaders to develop, implement, and measure the impact of SFDC Appexchange and Microsoft commercial marketplace marketing programs
  • Enable SFDC Appexchange and Microsoft commercial marketplace application presence – increasing global awareness, vertical market presence via social tools videos, podcasts, etc .
  • Plan, develop, execute, and measure all channel marketing efforts including sell-through and sell-with activities aligned to the channel priorities and sales objectives
  • Build co-marketing plans with designated partners in support of revenue targets that are in line with national and local marketing plans
  • Measure, analyze, and report on channel marketing pipeline-building activities to determine their contribution to pipeline health and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/ROI
  • Actively seek and work closely with other teams to create joint customer success stories to showcase best practices and demonstrate strong partner relationships
  • Drive awareness and enablement programs that inform partners of the latest campaigns, solution offerings, partner wins, and tools that are available to help grow business
  • Provide partner requirements to functional groups on programs and initiatives focused on improving sales efficiencies and revenue attainment
  • Plan and manage campaign events, regional events, tradeshows, and other industry events involving Alliance partners
  • Ability to produce marketing materials, including sales collateral, videos and case studies
  • Development of communication plans and calendar
Qualifications:
  • BA or BS degree required
  • Must have Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience driving campaigns
  • 4-6 years of Marketing experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with attractive ROI
  • Demonstrated success in the design, development and execution of integrated co – marketing programs with Partners who have Global presence.
  • Proven success in building channel/partner marketing relationships to formulate strategy and execution discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and presentation experience
  • Must have Channel Partner Program experience preferably with Salesforce or Microsoft
  • Must have strong social marketing skills, along with creating Digital content
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced, collaborative team
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with the sales team and press
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • Must be flexible, creative and think strategically as well as tactically
Education Level Required : Must have a Bachelor’s degree-mandatory
