JOB TITLE:          Business Development Executive
DEPARTMENT:   Business Development
REPORTS TO:     President

JOB SUMMARY: Hunt, Prospect, identify and close new accounts throughout Florida. Establish and develop new Client relationships through cold calls, networking and strategic sales activities.

We serve the entertainment, media, gaming, hospitality, healthcare, energy, financial services, professional services, and security industries, as well as government agencies.
Headquartered in Lake Mary, FL in the Orlando metro area, we have staff and consultant professionals supporting our clients across the US.

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop, cultivate and penetrate target territory market by bringing in new accounts. NOT looking for Account Manager, VP of Sales, Director of Sales, Sales Manager or Sales Trainer.
  • Compiles sales leads and maintains consistent pipeline of prospective business
  • Writes/communicates clearly and can gather detailed and accurate job requirements from the client
  • Is self-motivated and self-guided to work independently and effectively with recruiters and all levels of client leadership/management
  • Build and develop client relationships and referrals
  • Communicate effectively with management, recruiters, and other office personnel to ensure a consistent and effective delivery to the client
  • Build an effective professional network by participating in organizations and events that foster these opportunities
  • Endeavor to grow personally and professionally by participating in industry and sales related seminars, workshops, and organizations
  • Be knowledgeable about inside office operations to contribute when in the best interest of the company
  • Complete and submit all report requirements

  • 5+ years successful outside sales experience
  • At least two years successful experience in the IT or professional staffing industry
  • College degree required
  • Experience working with SalesForce CRM
  • Must be a closer
  • Results-oriented and money motivated
  • Must be able to handle objections and rejection
  • Must be used to performing at high activity levels
  • Must understand and utilize consultative selling
  • Able to interact with clients to handle all issues under pressure
  • Well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
  • Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
  • Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software; Internet and research techniques is required
  • Excellent presentation skills
