Key responsibilities:
  1. Putting together business plans, requires financial modeling (background in corporate strategy)
  2. Will need to be open to gather info and mold new ideas within department
  3. Working closely with other finance partners and taking the lead to conduct modeling and analysis
  4. Will need to be analytical to assess next steps to put ideas and concepts in to action.

  8. Korean preferred-large customer based in S. Korea (not required but a plus)

We are looking for a Business Development Account Management Analyst, Innovation Partnerships to join our StudioLAB team: someone who wants to help shape the next generation of creative and production technology and directly help drive innovation across our cinematic pipelines and theatrical experiences. The Business Development Account Management Analyst will support day-to-day account management of Technology and Content Innovation partnerships, while assisting in the development of comprehensive business plans related to strategic projects and new growth opportunities. This individual will conduct research, modeling and analysis and relay this information by creating digestible presentations informed by data and financials. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and management skills and will bring experience and methods to the role that will drive superb execution. They will have excellent collaboration skills, an eagle eye for detail and quality, process efficiencies, determination to avoid oversight or mishaps, and solid communication skills. This individual will bring a creative mindset to the table and find ways to problem solve.

They must be able to work successfully across complex cross-functional teams and business units. An ability to be flexible and communicate in a dynamic and extremely fast-paced environment to meet the needs of our business is critical to success. An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and re-prioritize based on constantly shifting requirements will be necessary. This candidate should have a can-do, positive, inclusive team player attitude!

Basic Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project managing identified Technology and Content Innovation Partners.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends, success metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Partner with team members to identify, develop and execute key growth initiatives.
  • Assess and analyze technology activity in the media and entertainment landscape.
  • Support team on special project analysis, business planning, growth strategies, financial modeling, and operations that translates into actionable insights and business plans for new business ventures.
  • Develop and present executive level presentations based on data and financials.
  • Build close working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Navigate ambiguity, keen attention to detail, creative problem solver.
Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in management consulting, business intelligence, or corporate strategy.
  • Minimum 2 years project management experience.
  • Strong financial analytical capabilities and expertise in business modeling and/or subscription business models.
  • Excellent spreadsheet modeling skills (forecasting, marketing sizing, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication/presentation, influencing, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years in the Media and Entertainment industry.
  • MBA from top graduate business school or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Korean (preferred but not required)
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
