Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Business Analyst with a major corporation in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Onsite at least 1x per week, Tuesdays.

Description:

In this critical role, you will be the communication and information hub for the Architecture Review Board (ARB), acting as a liaison between the board, project stakeholders, and leadership. You will ensure efficient and timely communication of decisions, track action items, and maintain clear visibility into project progress.

Responsibilities:
Manage ARB Communications:
  • Facilitate communication between the ARB, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain clear communication channels for disseminating ARB decisions and updates.
  • Craft concise and informative messages summarizing complex technical information for a broader audience.
Track ARB Action Items:
  • Monitor progress and completion of action items assigned during ARB meetings.
  • Escalate any potential delays or roadblocks to the appropriate parties.
Document and Disseminate ARB Decisions:
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining ARB decisions, including rationale and next steps.
  • Ensure clear and concise documentation is readily available to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain templates and standardized formats for ARB reports.
Maintain ARB Reporting Quality:
  • Review and audit reports used for tracking the quality of architectural submissions presented to the ARB.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with the ARB to refine reporting processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for ARB meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and materials.
  • Maintain and update meeting minutes and reference materials.
  • Perform ad-hoc research and analysis related to ARB activities.******
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and documentation practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with architecture concepts and IT best practices (preferred).
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Smartsheets (preferred).
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
