Description:
The Business Analyst is responsible for the inception, creation, and maintenance of all Business Requirements documentation that accurately defines the customer business need and enables the technology team to create a quality solution. The primary objective for this group is to partner and collaborate with the business to accurately capture all relevant business processes and information and translate it into graphical and textual representation for the technology team to build a system. The BA team will participate in the functional certification of all system components to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements documentation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate JAD sessions with multiple Business Partners (customers)
• Define User Personas for relevant business stakeholders
• Create Business Process Maps to document current and future state processes
• Document Business and Functional Requirements in the form of user stories, establish use cases, and relational diagrams as necessary.
• Develop and Maintain Functional Requirements throughout entire project lifecycle
• Perform data analysis and mapping activities as required
• Create and maintain strong relationship with Business Partners
• Work closely with Project Manager to escalate risks and manage any required changes in scope
• Analyze requirements and identify opportunities for improvement, organizational, process, and/or technology.
• Participate in testing and Functional certification process
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process
• Gains end user approval of final requirements specifications, ensuring that new and modified applications effectively support users’ needs and requirements

Required Skills:
• Experienced in Business Process Mapping using Visio or similar tool.
• Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent analysis and interviewing skills.
• Highly familiar with Agile Software Development Lifecycle Methodology (SDLC).
• Ability to craft Executive and Operational level presentations and communications.
• Ability to work either independently or closely with others as the needs of the project dictate. Must maintain customer service and quality focus at all times.
• Must be a fast learner with a strong desire and motivation to learn the unique aspects of the media business and current applications

Required Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst in mature Information Technology organizations.
• Prior Addressable/Digital Advertising Technology and Salesforce/CRM experience preferred.
