Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a remote Senior Agile Project Manager. Must be in FL.

Description:
• Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
• Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
• Develops new business and expands product line.
• Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a unit/department head.

Basic Qualifications:
The Senior Agile Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Agile project teams. Achieve a high level of performance and quality, and Deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users

At a team level:
• Playing a consultative role to put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools, to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
• Coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
• Achieve the project goals within designated project constraints
• The Senior APM is expected to use a high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability.
