With over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations, Michelle is a strategic leader recognized for her extensive knowledge of workforce dynamics across the hospitality, entertainment, and government contracting sectors. Her proficiency in cultivating positive workplace cultures and boosting employee engagement has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in her field.

Michelle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, and she holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

After completing her degree, Michelle honed her skills at Park Lights Hospitality, where she dedicated 15 years to developing the Human Resources function across the restaurant group. She was instrumental in shaping key employee programs and executing transformative HR strategies that helped lead her restaurants to receive numerous accolades and awards. Her notable achievements during this time include enhancing employee engagement and productivity by improving HR response times and service quality through system modernization, as well as effectively navigating the organization through the challenges of the global pandemic.

Currently residing in Lake Nona, Florida, Michelle enjoys an active family life with her two sons and french bulldogs. She can often be found cheering her boys on at the soccer field five nights a week. The beach will always be her happy place, and she loves traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
