Tamara L. Giaimo founded Software Resources in 1992. After Tammy earned a B.A. degree in communications from the University of Central Florida in 1987, she gained invaluable industry experience in IT staffing. Under Tammy’s leadership, Software Resources has become a national market leader and provider of IT support staffing and consulting services. During a career spanning more than 25 years, Tammy has been recognized for her many achievements. She received numerous awards and accolades for providing clients with exemplary service. Most recently, she was named to the honor roll of “Women Who Mean Business” by the Orlando Business Journal. Tammy has served on the board of directors and as CEO since 1992.
Tammy is active on the Salvation Army Women and Children’s Shelter Auxiliary Board (2005-2013), Morning Star School Board of Directors (2007-2013), Camp Boggy Creek (2010 – present) and has volunteered at Annunciation Catholic Academy, Lake Mary High School, and Bishop Moore Catholic High School. Since 2008, Software Resources has donated to over countless charitable organizations, including the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, United Way, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Salvation Army, Morning Star School, Conductive Education Center of Orlando, Camp Boggy Creek and more.
Tammy currently lives in Longwood with her husband John (featured below) and three children. Away from the office, Tammy enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, running, tennis, going to the beach, listening to music, and coaching volleyball.
John P. Giaimo earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. John was with Motorola for nine years, holding positions in engineering and engineering management, prior to joining Software Resources. John has been crucial in implementing new programs and services to better position Software Resources as a market leader. For example, John led the evaluation and implementation of a cloud-based applicant tracking and CRM system. This system provides Software Resources with access to the #1 resume search engine on the market and an extensive suite of products and tools designed specifically for staffing. John also led concurrent projects to move IT support messaging and collaboration into the cloud and managed the first major website upgrade since 2005. In early 2015, John led the implemented of a state of the art supplier portal allowing key Software Resources partners to support our open job requirements. John was appointed to the company’s board of directors in 1999 and has served as president since 2003.
John served as a member of the board of the Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College from 2008-2013. In 2011, John was elected Chairman of the board where he served a 2 year term. John was a member of the search committee charged with sourcing, evaluating, and recommending the current museum Director. Presently, John is a member of the emeritus board. John is also a member of the St. Francis Xavier Society (2009-present) a giving society of alumni providing financial assistance to incoming students at Xavier High School, John’s High School. John served as Vice President of the Lake Mary Professional Center Board of Directors up until 2015. John coached Pop Warner football, boys and girls basketball, track and field, flag football, and youth baseball. John enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, traveling, playing basketball, golfing, and quiet evenings at home.
Susan is an accomplished Director of Operations and Sales Leader with over 15+ years of new account development and account management expertise for Fortune 100-1000 companies throughout the United States. She successfully started Software Resources’ California branch office and developed the west coast operations, quickly becoming a top performing vendor among her clients. Susan has consistently ranked as a top sales producer in the company. She has a solid reputation for providing quality talent along with exemplary customer service to her clients. Susan’s philosophy of “partnering with her clients” and passion for excellence is the driving force behind her success.
Susan graduated from York University in Toronto, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Susan and her family are actively involved in giving back to the community; specifically working with welfare recipients to assist them in getting back into the work place and feeding the homeless in Los Angeles, CA.

Christina has over 20 years’ experience in the Accounting and Human Resources field. She joined our team in 2011 and is currently our Corporate Office Manager. Christina ensures our daily office operations run smoothly and serves as the payroll, human resources, and benefits administrator. Christina is also the liaison for all our consultants on assignment throughout the U.S. Christina’s years of office administration experience along with her positive outlook and upbeat personality make her a great leader and role model for our office staff.
Originally from New York, Christina moved to Central Florida in 1990 where she currently lives with her husband. Christina has two adult children and enjoys spending time with her family, as well as participating in local charity events and craft fairs.
